Canadian Woodwork offers high-end furniture built from 100% solid wood. Using the same traditional joinery methods used by craftsmen centuries ago, Canadian Woodwork can build unique custom pieces that will stand the test of time.

While most production shops will call their pieces, “True Solid Wood Furniture”, most times that is not the case. Man made plywoods and veneer materials are substituted into the project, and passed off as “real wood”. Inside, joinery short cuts are taken, pocket screws, cams, biscuits and dowels are often used to cut costs and time.

However that is not the case at Canadian Woodwork. Depending on the level of tradition that the customer wants to achieve, timepieces from centuries ago can be duplicated. What was done then, can still be done now. The exact look can be accomplished, one that forever will hold its place in your life, allowing furniture pieces to be passed down from generation to generation…the way furniture was meant to be made.

In a truly disposable world, it is nice to know that quality and tradition have not been forgotten.
